Michelle Hoskin started out in business at the young age of 21 with a keen entrepreneurial spirit and bundles of energy.

Michelle's first company was called abconsulting. The services offered were varied but were all focused around the organisation and the day to day running of a business.

Towards the end of 2005 abconsulting had developed a reputation within the financial services sector and so a decision was taken to specialise and to focus the company on helping financial advisers. In 2006 Michelle launched The Adviser Partnership.

Martin Collett joined the business as a full-time partner in 2006, having previously worked for the Football Association in London.

Michelle Hoskin has become the financial services sector expert on back-office systems. You can read her monthly editorial in the Financial Solutions magazine which is produced by The Personal Finance Society.
